01 · Consultancy
Independent specialists for technology delivery on large projects. We bring BMS, metering, lighting control and the systems around them together over open protocols, and make sure the data is there for the digital twin at handover.
02 · Platform
Our own gateway and cloud. One Rio per building reads every point once a minute, runs logic, graphics and alarms on site, and keeps a trusted history in Oversee for your twin, your FM provider and your energy team.

Rio can control a building itself, with its own logic, graphics and alarms running on the gateway. If you don't want to use our logic, you can keep your existing BMS: Rio connects to Trend, Niagara or EcoStruxure and collects data for the twin from the BMS and every system that works alongside it.
Integrations
Client and server on BACnet and Modbus, so data flows both ways between Rio and the building's own systems.
Who we are
Logically Us is a software integration company for smart and digital buildings. We advise on and deliver integration for large projects, and we design and build the Rio platform ourselves, so the advice you get comes from the people who know the system inside out.
